The Governing Board of Red Lake United Church is elected by, and accountable to, the Congregation. The Board provides visionary leadership, oversees the spiritual interests of the congregation, has general oversight of the finances of the congregation, and also deals with pastoral relations and temporal matters. This includes recognizing spiritual gifts and empowering the passion of leaders in mission and ministry.
