Online donations versus UCC PAR
Online donations can be made through our website using Breeze (also known as Tithely). Recurring donations set up through Breeze are managed directly within your account and are separate from United Church of Canada (UCC) PAR.
PAR donations are submitted through the RDLUC office.
What is Breeze (Tithely)?
Breeze is the program we use for online donations through the Giving page on our website and is the church’s online management system, now part of Tithely Church Management. It helps track donations and member information and allows you to set up and manage recurring donations securely on your own schedule.

Benevolent Fund
The Benevolent Fund is one of the quiet but essential ways Red Deer Lake, McDougall and Ogden United Churches live their shared ministry in the wider community.
When people face sudden crises such as an unexpected expense, housing instability, loss of income, or gaps in available support, help is not always immediate or accessible. The Benevolent Fund allows the church to respond with compassion, dignity, and timeliness.
It provides short-term, confidential financial assistance to individuals and families experiencing immediate need, regardless of church affiliation.
The fund is available to individuals and families who are experiencing an immediate financial hardship or unexpected need.
Assistance is intended to provide short-term help during a difficult time. It is not intended to replace ongoing government benefits, community programs, or other longer-term sources of financial support.

Donate Your Vehicle to Support Red Deer Lake United Church
You can make a big impact by donating your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Red Deer Lake United Church through Donate a Car Canada in partnership with CanadaHelps.
When completing your donation, you choose the registered Canadian charity you would like to support. If you choose Red Deer Lake United Church, the net proceeds from the sale or recycling of your vehicle will be donated to RDLUC. You will also receive a charitable tax receipt for your donation.
Most donations include free towing across Canada, or you can choose to drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. Depending on its condition, age, and location, your vehicle will be recycled or sold at auction, ensuring that your gift provides the greatest possible benefit.
