other ways to donate

Etransfer: through your online banking, simply eTransfer your gift to: office@reddeerlakeuc.com

No security question or answer is required. If you have any specific instructions, such as which fund you wish the donation to be allocated to, that can be done in the Details/Note section.

Cash or Cheques: submit your offering at the HUB on Sundays, or drop off or mail a cheque to Red Deer Lake United Church.

PAR (pre-authorized remittance): if you have pre-authorized donations set up through the United Church of Canada and wish to make any changes to your donation, please send an email to the office, documenting your requested change.

Any changes to existing PAR donations, such as amount, cancellation or credit card information submitted to the church office after the 12th of each month, may not be in effect until the following month.

Planned Giving: A planned gift is a commitment a person makes while living that vests when the person passes away. Planned giving is a way to support the future work of the church and ministry you value most, for generations to come. Planned gifts can be directed to sustaining operations, specific programs or a certain aspect of the property. There is considerable flexibility. Memorial Fund: Donating to a memorial fund is a way to honor and celebrate the memory of your loved one. This fund will donate to causes or programs that you care deeply about. By doing this, you’re creating a legacy that allows your friends and family to pay tribute while helping your community for years to come.

Due to a considerable increase in cost of living and food prices, there is a significant demand in folks accessing Food Pantry’s across the city. In addition, there is a lack of free food resources in the deep south of Calgary. Check out all the ways you can help out here.
