Red Deer Lake United Church provides a variety of spaces for rental on a single or recurring event basis. If you are interested in holding an event at RDLUC, please contact the church office at office@reddeerlakeuc.com or 403-256-3181.
To ensure availability of space and time, it is recommended that rental booking requests are received at least six weeks in advance of the event date.

Experience the charm of our historic 1909 chapel, where warm wood paneling and classic pews create an intimate, welcoming setting. Marvel at the eight stained-glass windows along the south wall, crafted by one of our members and lovingly relocated from the Midlands United Church in 2007. Ideal for small weddings, baptisms, or private ceremonies, the chapel seats up to 65 guests.
Host your next event in our spacious, modern sanctuary, built in 2004 and seating up to 350 guests. With a baby grand piano, organ, theatre lighting, and professional sound system, it’s ideal for concerts, recitals, theatre, and speaker events. The flexible chancel area features movable risers, a sprung floor, and a backstage space, while a large 9 x 12-foot projection screen makes it perfect for presentations and multimedia displays.

Experience the bright and inviting Upper Foyer, also known as “The Midlands Link,” a versatile space that connects the administration annex, Chapel, and Sanctuary. Enjoy breathtaking westward views of the Memorial Garden and mountains while hosting small meetings, art shows, classes, or receptions.
For added convenience, the Upper Kitchen can be available as part of your booking, making it easy to cater events or serve refreshments.

Our cozy Upper Meeting Room is perfect for small gatherings, offering beautiful natural light and a private setting. Conveniently located near the Sanctuary, it’s accessible by stairs or elevator, making it ideal for meetings, consultations, or quiet work sessions.

This bright and flexible 800-square-foot room is filled with natural light and can be easily configured to suit your event or meeting needs. Stay connected with internet access, and take advantage of a pull-down projection screen and large-screen TV with HDMI connections—perfect for presentations, workshops, or small gatherings.

Located beneath the Sanctuary, the Lower Hall is a bright, flexible space that can be easily divided into smaller areas to suit your event needs. Ideal for meetings, workshops, classes, or social gatherings, it offers plenty of natural light and a versatile layout. A Lower Kitchen is also available, making it convenient for catering or serving refreshments.

A spacious, well-equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stovetop, dishwasher, and plenty of prep space for preparing meals for large events. The oven is available for baking only and cannot be used for cooking meat due to safety regulations. Perfect for catering companies, this AHS-approved facility requires an AHS-certified kitchen supervisor to be present during use. The kitchen is accessible by stairs or elevator, ensuring convenience for all.
Perfect for small functions, the Lower Kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, providing everything you need for food preparation and storage. The oven is available for baking only and cannot be used for cooking meat due to safety regulations. Fully AHS-approved, the kitchen requires an AHS-certified kitchen supervisor to be present, ensuring safety and compliance while you focus on your event.
